Ajendance qualify for the World street dance championships

Annika graham and Clare Montgomery run Ajendance dance company from east Belfast and this weekend did something spectacular . They have just had 30kids qualify for the UDO (United Dance Organisation) world street dance championships in August 2016.

Ajendance has a dance studio on the newtownards road and kids come from far and wide to join in the family fun. The youngest member competing in the worlds will be 5yrs old winning his solo section and the oldest 20yrs in our adult crew that also took first at the UDO competition on Sunday at the Devenish complex. Ajendance kids are from Newtowards , East Belfast , West Belfast , Glengormley , Larne, Portadown, Banbridge and many more … They are now pulling 4 teams together and competiting in the World championships in Glasgow.

Each city has a qualifiers competition and only the best of the best place top 3 to win their spot at worlds. Ajendance crews took two 1st and two 2nd in their teams and 1st and 3rd in their solos. Which has put them through to the 4 day event in Glasgow August 2016.

“We will be non stop funding and working hard over the next few months to assure everyone can afford to get their kids to the world Championship.
