Morning Vinyasa Flow
This morning class will be based on the Ashtanga primary series, a powerful form of yoga which helps build all over strength, stamina and flexibility. In Ashtanga yoga the breath is synchronised with the postures in a process that detoxifies the body. The benefits are a strong body, calm mind and better circulation.
Evening Vinyasa Flow
The evening Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga style that links the movement with the breath and includes postures that will strengthen the body, open the hips, balancing postures and back bending This style of yoga requires physical and mental focus and help you stay present in your body.
Please bring your own mat and blanket if you have one. Props will be provided.
